Hi, I’m Cara, the heart and soul behind Earth Soul. My journey into the spiritual and holistic world began before I could even spell “meditation.”
Growing up immersed in this beautiful community, I would tag along with my mum to her Tai Chi classes every Saturday morning, soaking up the energy and serenity of those moments. It was more than just a routine; it planted the seeds for a lifelong connection to holistic healing. My mission is to challenge the status quo, embrace innovation, and create meaningful, lasting impact through everything I do. Driven by a vision to inspire change, push boundaries, I deliver work that truly makes a difference.
By the time I was sixteen, life threw me a curveball with diagnoses of hypermobility and fibromyalgia. What could have been a roadblock became a turning point. I turned to Reiki (something I’d experienced thanks to my mum) and other holistic therapies, discovering firsthand how transformative they could be.
In 2013, when my health forced me to step away from university, I found refuge and inspiration in the spiritual and holistic community once more. That period of self-discovery led me to dive deeper into holistic practices, learn new therapies, and eventually teach others.
Every step I’ve taken on this path has been guided by Spirit, and I’ve poured my heart into creating a life aligned with healing and growth. In 2016 I was inspired to craft products designed to complement the holistic and spiritual lifestyle. Each piece is handmade with intention, guided by Spirit, and infused with love and healing energy.
